This role will use data to craft strategy and solutions to join our team. You’ll analyze internal and external data to help identify and quantify the potential of new products, forecast sales, and provide decision support through the life of the product. You will be working with multiple partners and balancing their needs to craft the direction of our new offerings and enable the product team to bring the best new products to market.\nResponsibilities include:\nEvaluating and enhancing marketing campaign effectiveness using advanced analytics, A/B testing frameworks, and ROI analysis.\nPartnering with AI&A team to support the development of sophisticated ML models to predict customer behavior, churn patterns, sales transactions, and revenue.\nPerforming advanced analytics, modeling and data mining to develop insights on our business.\nDeveloping unique customer lifecycle strategies and cross-BAU behavioral churn programs to proactively identify retention opportunities.\nAssisting in the creation of executive dashboards, standardized reporting frameworks, and compelling visualizations to ensure data-driven decision-making is embedded across the organization.\nTranslating complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations, managing the Cost of Retention (COR) within financial guidance and supporting strategic marketing plans.\nMonitoring performance and reporting ongoing and ad hoc metrics in reports, presentations, and dashboards targeted to the situation and audience.\nPartnering with teams like Network Engineering, Digital Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align analytical solutions with business goals.\nWhat we’re looking for...\nYou believe that proven data should be behind every important decision.
