Join the #VTeamLife.\nWhat you’ll be doing…\nAs a Learning Experience Management - Consultant, you will be a critical architect ensuring the integrity and performance of Verizon’s Learning Agent technology and Digital Front door platform. You will bridge the gap between digital product design, content curation, learning analytics, and advanced AI execution. This role requires significant latitude and discretion in engineering robust evaluation frameworks, managing RAG-optimized knowledge pipelines, optimizing automated intake flows, and analyzing AI-ingested variables to deliver accurate, adaptive, and high-impact digital learning experiences.\nAdditional responsibilities include:\nValidating and optimizing AI agent performance (chatbots, assistants, dynamic interfaces) to ensure learning technology meets technical benchmarks and functions accurately as a “human in the loop” guardrail.\nManaging and curating RAG-ready knowledge bases, metadata taxonomies, and digital content pipelines, ensuring AI agents retrieve accurate, up-to-date learning content without cognitive friction or outdated redundancy.\nEngineering real-time feedback loops, telemetry monitoring, and analytics dashboards to detect and address data drift, inaccuracies, hallucinations, or broken API integrations across the digital portal.\nSupporting the continuous evolution of the Digital Learning Center UI/UX and automated intake funnel, using APIs, webhooks, and prompt engineering to streamline learner journeys and automated request routing. \nDeveloping advanced reporting models and KPI dashboards (tracking click paths, resolution times, completion, NPS, and behavioral changes) to evaluate learning effectiveness and establish clear business ROI.\nCollaborating across agile sprint teams (with People Leaders, design studios, and technical stakeholders) to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy modernized digital learning experiences and agent capabilities. \nSupporting the enterprise learning measurement strategy, establishing KPIs, evaluation frameworks, and analytics pipelines that measure learner engagement, skill acquisition, and business performance impact.\nEngaging in the multi-tiered learning evaluation initiatives across enterprise programs, utilizing quantitative and qualitative methodologies to isolate learning impact, calculate financial ROI, and optimize learning interventions.\nExecuting the strategy, lifecycle, and implementation of executive analytics dashboards and learning data portals, enabling real-time visibility into workforce capability trends and program performance.\nIn this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings.\nWhat we’re looking for…\nYou’ll need to have:\nBachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.\nFour or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.\nExperience in evaluation Data Analytics, and/or Learning Operations.\nCurrent HR and/or Learning & Development experience. \nExperience in digital learning platforms and digital transformation.\nWillingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.\nEven better if you have one or more of the following:\nA degree.\nExperience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and business intelligence reporting to drive data-informed decision-making.\nExperience in SQL/API protocols, data evaluation methodologies, and a deep understanding of AI-augmented systems and LLM integration.\nExcellent project management skills and knowledge of process design principles (e.g., Six Sigma).\nSuperior ability to leverage real-time analytics to iterate instantly on learning design and effectiveness.\nExperience presenting complex technical models and performance outcomes to Senior Leadership.\nTechnical acumen in predictive modeling, machine learning applications in L&D, and automated data pipeline optimization.\nExperience scaling enterprise-wide operations and transitioning human teams toward agent-assisted learning experiences.\nExperience applying process design principles (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to reduce process waste and drive process throughput.\nExperience in change management methodologies, with demonstrated success in guiding organizations through significant shifts in operational or digital models.\nIf Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every “even better” qualification listed above.\nWhere you’ll be working\nIn this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings.Scheduled Weekly Hours\n40Equal Employment Opportunity \nVerizon is an equal opportunity employer.
