Join the #VTeamLife.\nWhat you’ll be doing…\nIn this role you will serve as an individual contributor authority driving the enterprise strategy for learning measurement, effectiveness frameworks, and advanced learning analytics. Operating as a strategic partner across the L&D organization, you will bridge learning design with quantitative impact modeling to optimize learning and development programs. This role demands high-level analytical leadership and autonomy in establishing measurement standards, evaluating learning solution outcomes, developing predictive efficiency models, and establishing metrics frameworks to continuously improve employee learning performance.\nAdditional responsibilities include:\nDesigning and implementing scalable measurement strategies across enterprise learning initiatives to evaluate knowledge retention, behavior change, and overall program efficacy.\nLeveraging quantitative and qualitative learning data to analyze learner pathways, engagement trends, and skill acquisition velocity, translating raw metrics into actionable executive insights.\nDeveloping predictive ROI models and outcome assessments linking learning interventions directly to business performance indicators and operational efficiency gains.\nEstablishing L&D analytics protocols, data collection standards, and continuous evaluation loops across learning platform interactions and delivery channels.\nPartnering with L&D stakeholders, business leaders, and HR analytics teams to recommend data-driven enhancements to instructional design and learning experience architecture.\nServing as a subject matter expert on learning effectiveness, guiding instructional designers and project teams on embedding measurement mechanisms into curriculum development. \nIn this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings.\nWhat we’re looking for…\nYou’ll need to have:\nBachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.\nSix or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.\nCurrent HR and/or Learning & Development experience. \nExperience focused on learning measurement, learning analytics, instructional evaluation, and/or business impact modeling.\nWillingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.\nEven better if you have one or more of the following:\nA degree. \nExperience applying evaluation methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick model, Phillips ROI) to large-scale enterprise learning programs.\nExperience working with modern learning technologies, LXP/LMS telemetry, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio, Qlik).\nProven track record of strategic consultation and presenting complex analytics insights to senior executive stakeholders.\nMaster’s degree in Data Science, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Educational Technology, or related field.\nIf Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every “even better” qualification listed above.\nWhere you’ll be working\nIn this remote role, you'll work from home with occasional in-person trainings and meetings.Scheduled Weekly Hours\n40Equal Employment Opportunity \nVerizon is an equal opportunity employer.
