In this pivotal role, you will have a large impact by increasing revenue across all segments of our business. Provide information, data, materials and tools that facilitates strategic direction, delivering on the customer experience, and strengthening the Brand. Serve as a critical link between the development and the execution of multiple projects simultaneously.\nDesigning, building and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement program (to include tools, processes, programs and accreditations).\nPartnering with Sales Leadership to identify knowledge and skills gaps across the company, conduct ongoing needs assessments and roll out targeted programs.\nCollaborating with Product Management and Product Marketing teams to develop and launch sales enablement programs.\nIdentifying standard methodologies for rapid dissemination across the field.\nCrafting and running sales enablement tools/materials that support the sales force in their revenue generating efforts.\nDeep knowledge and understanding of the sales organization, the company's value proposition and our channels of distribution.\nEnsuring skills, knowledge and sales readiness of sales organization.\nDelivering accurate, detailed, timely and user-friendly ongoing reports.\nReviewing performance and making adjustments for continuous improvement-in both cost-effectiveness, quality, speed, and customer satisfaction.\nWhat we’re looking for...\nYou'll need to have:\nBachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.\nSix or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.\nExperience in call center operations.\nExperience in sales, sales operations, business development or marketing.\nWillingness to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends or holidays, at times.\nEven better if you have one or more of the following:\nA Master's degree\nPresented new and complex wireless technologies to C-Level executives.\nLed cross-functional teams and aligned groups to a common goal.\nExperience in Enterprise Sales, B2B Sales or Sales Operations.\nAbility to develop and implement innovative strategies that result in the successful achievement of critical business goals and objectives.\nPMP Certification\nLean Six Sigma Certification\nExperience with Proactive Engagement Team (PET) Dialer\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics\nExperience with Cisco ICM Scripting\nExperience with Call Routing IVR\nData Visualization experience (Can read and write SQL and experience running queries in SSMS, Teradata, and/or GCP).\nIf Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every “even better” qualification listed above.\nWhere you’ll be working\nIn this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager.
