About the Role

Verkada's Cloud-Managed Security Trailers deploy the full power of Verkada in hard-to-wire and temporary locations: construction sites, utility infrastructure, retail parking lots, large public gatherings, and industrial yards. Security trailers are a fast-growing market, and winning it takes more than a great product. It takes a world-class operations engine that gets trailers from point A to point B with devices installed, and services them fast when something breaks.

We are looking for an Operations Leader to build Verkada's nationwide trailer business. In this role, you will scale white glove delivery, installation, and servicing through a channel organization, and make the operations experience as much of a differentiator as the product itself.

We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires you to work onsite at our HQ in San Mateo, CA.

What You'll Do

• Build a nationwide trailer business and world-class fulfillment network
• Scale white glove delivery, install, and servicing through the Verkada Qualified Trailer Partner program
• Own trailer logistics, field reliability, and service economics end-to-end
• Define and drive a GTM plan that delivers a seamless customer experience through a partner-led operations model
• Partner with the video security and edge products PM leads to ensure our video, power, and networking products nail trailer customers' use cases

What You Bring

• 8+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or marketplace operations at high-growth companies
• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Operations Research, or similar quantitative field. MBA optional
• Proven history of building world-class systems and processes from scratch. You bring a structured mindset to ambiguous problems, from market sizing and channel strategy to ROI modeling
• Operational excellence and systems-thinking: you design processes that scale from 10 to 10,000 units without breaking
• Strong communication and collaboration in multi-party GTM motions. You'll orchestrate manufacturers, channel partners, installers, and Verkada's field teams
• Excited to roll up your sleeves and get out of the office. You'll spend time with installers, integrators, and customers to understand the real-world constraints of deployment
• Ability to lead across strategy and execution. We pride ourselves in sweating the details and search for this in candidates

Annual Pay Range

At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)

Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).
