We’re rapidly scaling this impact: today, more than 2 million Verkada devices are deployed across 170+ countries. \nAbout the Role\nAs a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will partner closely with Software Engineering leaders to source, recruit, and close talented engineers across Verkada. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, build targeted talent pipelines, and advise hiring teams on candidate profiles and recruiting strategy.\nVerkada is a fast-growing technology company, and this role is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on how we build and scale our Engineering organization.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the full-cycle recruiting process for Software Engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, process management, and closing\nPartner closely with Software Engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting strategies\nBuild and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and creative engagement strategies across LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms\nRecruit across a range of Engineering roles and levels, from ICs through Manager+\nPresent Verkada and the Software Engineering organization to candidates and help them understand the opportunity, team, and technical challenges\nDrive recruiting processes forward while balancing multiple priorities and maintaining strong communication with candidates and stakeholders\nTrack and document candidate communications and activity in Greenhouse\nDeliver a high-touch, transparent, and thoughtful candidate experience\nWhat You Bring\n5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth startup or technology company\nExperience recruiting Software Engineering talent across areas such as backend, full-stack, infrastructure, or other technical disciplines\nStrong ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions through collaboration\nAbility to operate independently and navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nThis role is based in San Mateo and requires 3-4 days onsite\nEmployee Benefits\nVerkada is committed to fostering a workplace environment that prioritizes the holistic health and wellbeing of our employees and their families by offering comprehensive wellness perks, benefits, and resources.
