You will work in collaboration with the Global Real Estate team to provide and maintain a top tier facility and employee experience. This role will be based in New York City and will oversee offices in New York and Philadelphia.\nWhat You'll Do\nServes as the first point of contact, and face of the Global Real Estate team in your local office.\nFacilitates an ongoing delightful employee experience by providing operational support and maintaining a well organized, visually pleasing facility.\nAssists in maintaining and enhancing the Workplace programs (ex: mailroom operations, internal events, food and beverage programs, etc.).\nBuild an active relationship with business partners and leaders to assess team allocations and occupancy needs as well as conference room usage. Provide proactive solutions, and improvement ideas through observation.\nMaintain spatial data within the space management tool and ensure accuracy of information.\nParticipate with building audits to verify employee locations, furniture layout and room configurations are correctly noted in the space management tool.\nCoordinate with the Space Planning to maintain space standard ratios for on/offline rooms and office standards and solutions, as well as define space related programs to improve team member experience.\nFacilitates and maintains relationships with building vendors, such as landlord, food and beverage partners, etc.\nMaintain budgets and track expenses for multiple different areas of the business.\nActs as the single point of contact for all building related issues.\nFacilitates connecting employees to all aspects of the broader Verkada Business Operations teams.\nOther site specific duties and support may be required.\nWhat You Bring\nA passion for providing exceptionalcustomer service through human connection and ongoing operations support.\n5+ yearsof management experience or related project management experience.\n5+ years of workplace services experience.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across departments, work collaboratively.\nStrong organizational and planning skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects, and ever-changing priorities.\nStrong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, FLS, plumbing, etc.) is strongly encouraged.\nStrong financial acumen with solid understanding of budget tracking & maintenance.\nMust be willing and ableto work onsite five days per week.\nEmployee Benefits\nVerkada is committed to fostering a workplace environment that prioritizes the holistic health and wellbeing of our employees and their families by offering comprehensive wellness perks, benefits, and resources.
