Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and minimize disruption. 2. Respond to line calls and troubleshoot production issues to maintain safety, quality, and delivery standards. 3. Initiate, review, and implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems such as 3DX, Teamcenter or Windchill. 4. Design and validate tools and fixtures that improve operator efficiency, safety, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 5.
