Are you excited to champion Vermeer’s brand by ensuring Vermeer product meets customers’ expectations for superior quality? In this role you will oversee in-process and end-of-line operations to ensure the product conforms to Vermeer standards and specifications. We’re looking for a people-focused and process-oriented problem solver who has a keen eye for detail and the ability to drive adherence to Vermeer’s standards.What You’ll Do\n1. Gauge conformance to product specifications via in-process and end-of-line inspections.\n2. Document non-conformances and defects, return non-conforming products to suppliers, and request corrective action, as applicable.\n3. Communicate performance to production areas for awareness and improvement.\n4. Execute guided inspection, ship hold, and hold-for-disposition processes.\n5. Coordinate internal inspection and testing.\n6.
