You should be comfortable working independently while contributing to the wider team.\nWorking hours:\nMonday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm\nWho we are looking for:\nGood communication and IT skills.\nA practical approach and the ability to follow detailed specifications.\nThe ability to manage several requests and meet deadlines.\nA willingness to undertake moderate physical activity, including handling reams of paper, replenishing stock and operating production equipment, with reasonable adjustments where required.\nA responsible approach to equipment use and workplace safety.\nExperience in paper, print or print finishing would be advantageous, as would familiarity with cutting, folding, saddle stitching or perfect binding.\nIn particular you have will have:\nMaintain organised stocks of paper, board, swatches and marketing collateral, monitoring stock levels and arranging replenishment.\nPrepare, pack and dispatch A4 samples, swatches and other marketing items in response to requests.\nProduce saddle-stitched and perfect-bound dummies to customer specifications, checking dimensions, materials, page counts and finish.\nUse cutting, folding and binding equipment safely and accurately.\nCoordinate delivery of completed dummies to meet agreed deadlines.\nManage incoming and outgoing post and courier bookings.\nMaintain accurate records of requests, stock movements and dispatches through the Company's HubSpot system.\nKeep the department tidy, organised and safe in accordance with the Company's Health and Safety and Quality standards.\nCommunicate with the remotely based Samples Manager and colleagues to prioritise work and provide progress updates.\nPlease submit your CV and a short covering note outlining your relevant experience and interest in the
