Do you enjoy guiding customers towards the right travel experience rather than overwhelming them with options?\nAbout the opportunity:\nAs a Travel Advisor, you will handle inbound enquiries via phone and email, designing high-quality, tailor-made holidays with a strong focus on customer experience and sales performance.\nThis is not just about quoting holidays; it’s about crafting journeys and confidently guiding clients to the best possible decisions.\nYour day will include:\nHandle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email\nCreate bespoke, high quality travel itineraries tailored to each client\nConvert enquiries into bookings while achieving monthly sales targets\nProactively follow up quotes to maximise conversion\nRecommend enhancements that improve the overall holiday experience\nMaintain accurate and detailed booking records\nFollow company sales processes and quality standards\nAttend ongoing training and coaching sessions\nWhat we are looking for:\nCandidates with the ability simplify complex itineraries into clear, confident recommendations\nConfident communicators who can explain why certain choices improve the holiday\nExperience designing well balanced travel experiences (timing, location, flow)\nEssential Requirements:\nPrevious UK travel sales experience telephone based, direct to customer (essential) \nPrevious experience of using Airline Reservations Systems (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan) Galileo preferred.\nPrevious experience dealing with incoming leads via email. \nPrevious experience using the Dolphin system.\nPrevious homeworking experience (essential)\nProven success working to sales targets\nExperience creating tailor made itineraries\nStrong knowledge of USA travel, cruising, and villas\nUnderstanding of scheduled airlines\nStrong organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities\nConfidence in leading customer conversations and decision-making\nGood IT and keyboard skills\nFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends\nIf you have a passion for the delivery of high-quality service and the ability to work in a highly organised way, then we want to hear from you!\nWhat we are offering:\n£26,228 basic salary plus commission giving a £35,000 -
