Responsibilities:\nResearch and identify prospective corporate clients across a range of sectors.\nBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified business opportunities.\nEngage directly with business owners, CFOs and senior decision-makers through proactive business development activity.\nUnderstand clients' international trading activity, operational challenges and currency exposure.\nPresent tailored foreign exchange and international payment solutions to prospective clients.\nWork closely with internal specialists and senior management to develop client solutions.\nBuild long-term client relationships and grow your portfolio over time.\nMaintain high standards of professionalism, organisation and communication throughout the sales process.\nContribute positively to the culture and success of the wider team\nWho we are looking for:\nPrevious experience within a sales, business development, recruitment, brokerage or relationship management role.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills.\nAmbitious, driven and motivated by success.\nComfortable engaging with senior decision-makers.\nResilient and capable of handling rejection positively.\nA strong work ethic with a desire to learn and continuously improve.\nProfessional, disciplined and accountable in your approach.\nAble to work effectively within a high-performance team environment.\nPrevious
