Guided by our mission to create the dream wardrobe for a layered life, this role brings that vision to life across outerwear, jackets, pants, skirts, and other tailored categories.Reporting to the Senior Design Director, the Senior Designer will lead the design process from initial concept through production approval, partnering closely with other design teams and cross-functional partners\nResponsibilities:\nLead the design and development of tailoring and structured wovens, including outerwear, jackets, pants, and skirts.\nOwn the end-to-end design and development process, from initial concept through final production approval.\nCreate sketches, technical flats, and tech packs to communicate design intent and support development.\nPartner on trend, silhouette, fabric, and pattern research to inform seasonal direction.\nLead trim research and selection for the department.\nCollaborate with Merchandising, Technical Design, and Product Development to meet time-and-action milestones and ensure the final product reflects the design vision.\nLead fittings from prototype through production, ensuring fit, construction, and design integrity.\nMentor and develop the design team.\nFoster a collaborative, creative, and motivating team environment.\nRequirements\n8-12+ years of experience designing woven apparel at a contemporary or luxury brand.\nStrong creative vision and design sensibility.\nExcellent hand and digital sketching skills, with a strong eye for color.\nDeep technical knowledge of tailoring and structured wovens, including fit and construction.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively across multiple cross-functional teams.\nThe base salary range for this role is between $100,000 and $120,000. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications.
