This role will support the team in bringing retail and wholesale environments to life. This role manages vendor coordination, material sourcing, procurement, and construction management to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on brand. Leveraging a strong eye for design, detail, and functionality, this role contributes to the creation of innovative, brand-aligned retail spaces that enhance the customer experience and drive business goals.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop design packages, including floorplan layouts, fixture packages and material boards.\nManage vendor relationships and assist in sourcing materials, furniture, and fixtures for retail stores.\nCoordinate store improvement rollouts consisting of store configurations and/or upgrades of existing stores.\nAssist or manage conceptualization of store fixture packages to maximize selling opportunity.\nManage new store coming soon signage package.\nManage the physical and digital housekeeping of drawing packages, design manuals, and material packages throughout each project.\nResponsible for maintaining current interior design elements in stores and manage repairs and maintenance across all stores.\nCreate and maintain interior spec book and sample library.\nCreate PO’s, process invoices, track approval signatures, and ensure timely processing.\nSupport or manage construction budgets, costs, and expenses for overall projects\nQualifications:\n3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within retail design, interior design, and/or sketching.\nProficient in 3D modeling, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD or similar.\nAbility to source and present decorative items for selection.\nHighly organized and proactive individual, capable of multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment.\nCommunicates effectively and professionally.\nStrong ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.\nTravel on as-needed basis.\nThe base salary range for this role is between $65,000 and $75,000. The relevant base salary will vary depending on wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training, degrees, and certifications.
