Recognize situations impacting customers and implement timely solutions to enhance customer service.\nReconcile vendor accounts and statements to ensure accurate billing.\nConduct daily and monthly reconciliations of collection programs nationwide.\nManage daily collection escalations from the collection partners.\nMatch reports and resolve discrepancies daily that relate to collections and occasionally chargebacks.\nExhibit strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and delegation skills.\nServe as a Subject Matter Expert, directly supporting the Client Banking Manager.\nAdhere to SOX controls, company policies, and procedures.\nPerform additional duties as required.\nQualifications: \nA minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable. \nAt least 3 years of experience in implementation and collections. \nA Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience. \nProficient in a range of software applications, particularly in word processing and spreadsheets (MS Word & Excel), with advanced Excel skills being a plus. \nDemonstrates a strong sense of urgency and personal initiative in customer service and problem resolution. \nRequires meticulous attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofreading materials, while establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. \nExecutes responsibilities with professionalism and follow-through, maintaining high ethical standards. \nUpholds strict confidentiality regarding all company, employee, and customer matters. \nWorks effectively in a team environment and collaborates with individuals across various business areas. \nExhibits strong time management skills. \nPossesses knowledge of money movement domains, including ACH, Fedwire, CHIPS, RTP, SWIFT, and Zelle, with the ability to provide clients with relevant information and data.
