The technician must insure that the equipment within the region maintain strict standards. This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, proficiency, dependability and demonstrated priority and time management. This position is part of our Field Service Team.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nEnsure proactive routine maintenance deadlines are met while keeping active equipment above contractual requirements.\nWork closely with multiple internal and external teams to identify and resolve customer related issues resulting from equipment deficiencies.\nInitiate internal escalations, as necessary.\nWork closely with Maintenance Field Supervisor to keep service levels high.\nPerform daily checks of enforcement systems to confirm operations and monitor all systems as equipment dictates.\nMonitor and document the timely completion of monthly validation program, work with field supervisors to adapt procedures to match equipment demands as technology evolves.\nProvide installation support for new approach builds on construction sites.\nAbility to travel within the Washington DC region, including Maryland and Virginia for job duties with short notices.\nOther duties and/or responsibilities assigned by the Verra Mobility Leadership Team.\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.\nAbility to navigate and operate throughout the Washington DC urban environment in a work vehicle.\n1-2 Years of related work experience\nExperience in network installation, and computer technology.\nAbility to work outside with minimal supervision.\nValid drivers license with good driving required is required.\nMust be willing to submit to and return clean enhanced police background check.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nGreat multi-tasking skills, effective organizational skills and strong time management mindset.\nVerra Mobility Values\n\nAn ideal candidate for this role naturally works in alignment with the Verra Mobility Core Values:\nOwn It.
