and deliver scalable, resilient technology solutions.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nPlatform & Infrastructure Strategy\nDefine and lead the long-term platform engineering strategy supporting the organization’s product roadmap and growth.\nOwn the architecture and delivery of core platform capabilities, including infrastructure, developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and shared services.\nEstablish a scalable, resilient cloud architecture and infrastructure foundation.\nDrive adoption of modern platform engineering practices such as internal developer platforms, platform-as-a-product, and self-service infrastructure.\nArchitecture Leadership\nOwn enterprise-level application and platform architecture.\nDefine standards for system design, microservices architecture, APIs, and data architecture.\nEnsure platforms and services are designed for scalability, reliability, security, and performance.\nPartner with product and engineering leaders to ensure architectural alignment across product squads.\nProduct Operating Model Enablement\nEnable the organization’s product squad/trio operating model by providing shared platform services, architecture frameworks, and developer tooling.\nPartner closely with Product Management, Product Design, and Engineering leaders to ensure squads can build and deploy quickly without reinventing core capabilities.\nEnsure teams have access to reusable components, APIs, and platform capabilities that accelerate delivery.\nDevOps & Engineering Enablement\nOwn DevOps strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering productivity tooling.\nDrive improvements in developer experience, release velocity, and system reliability.\nLead adoption of observability, monitoring, and incident management practices.\nBuild a culture of automation, reliability engineering, and continuous improvement.\nReliability, Security, & Scalability\nEnsure platform and infrastructure systems meet high standards of distributed systems, and platform transformations.\nQualifications:\nExtensive experience (12+ years) in software engineering and platform/infrastructure leadership, including leading large-scale engineering or platform organizations.\nProven track record building and scaling cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and modern product operating models.\nDeep technical expertise in cloud platforms, microservices, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, DevOps/SRE, container orchestration, observability, and API/service architectures.\nStrong strategic and communication skills, with the ability to translate business goals into technical strategy and align diverse stakeholders.\nDemonstrated success building high-performing engineering teams and driving developer experience and productivity in fast-paced environments.\nPreferred:\nExperience with SaaS or large-scale digital platforms, internal developer platforms, and modernizing legacy systems to cloud-native architectures.\nFamiliarity
