You will be a Brand Ambassador by providing an exceptional client experience, embracing and promoting our Retail Excellence Program with our clients and staff alike.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nMeet & exceed sales goal targets (daily, monthly, yearly)\nMeet & exceed targets for client data capture\nCreate & foster genuine client relationships that will result in hitting and exceeding core KPIs: sales, UPT, ATV\nMaintain client relationships through after sales service: not limited to but to include thank you notes, follow up phone calls, follow through of product repair or maintenance\nSupport the team in generating new client relationships while maintaining those that are existing\nSupport the business through maintenance of daily operations such as, but not limited to, opening & closing the registers, visual maintenance, inventory tasks\nSet the example of operation excellence by following policies & procedures, while elevating the standards through usage of the proper tools & equipment\nSupport the business by maintaining seamless inventory operations throughout the day\nOpen and close consignments\nProcess returns and exchanges\nAbility to communicate effectively & build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and management\nDevelop business driving initiatives, contests and events\nSupport the sales team through various coaching & training techniques YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE\nPrevious experience of at least 3 years in the Retail environment\nOrganizational skills, accuracy and reliability\nComputer skills to include operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel and email WE’D LOVE TO SEE\nFull understanding of specialty retail and a proven track record in clientelling\nAbility to thrive in a high paced retail environment.\nAbility to multi-task with ease while maintaining a balance of daily responsibilities\nA powerful personality that is entrepreneurial and sales focused OUR DIVERSITY VALUE At Capri, we are all responsible for creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
