As demand grows, we're looking for a Pre-Sales SAP Sales Architect to join our team and play a critical role in customer success and product excellence.\nWe’re looking for a Pre-Sales SAP Architect with strong SAP technical expertise and a passion for solution selling. In this hybrid role, you’ll work at the intersection of technology and sales-partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Solutions Architects to craft and deliver compelling SAP solution demos, guide customers through technical evaluations, and influence product adoption through deep technical insight and customer empathy.\nYou bring a solid SAP background, strong communication skills, and a talent for understanding customer pain points and mapping them to our SAP-integrated solutions. You are part developer, part consultant, and all about creating value.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver high-impact, technically sound demos and presentations tailored to SAP environments (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, etc.).\nAct as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales cycle-answering customer questions, managing proofs-of-concept, and addressing integration concerns.\nTranslate customer requirements into tailored SAP solution architectures using our document archiving platform.\nSupport RFP/RFI responses with accurate and clear technical input.\nBridge the gap between sales and product-bringing customer feedback into product design and roadmap discussions.\nConduct technical workshops and discovery sessions to assess customer systems and identify integration strategies.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies, integration standards, and competitive solutions.\nHelp develop demo environments, technical documentation, solution blueprints, and implementation playbooks.\nQualifications:\n3-7 years in SAP technical roles (ABAP, BTP, SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or related).\nProven experience supporting SAP-centric sales cycles or working as a technical consultant.\nHands-on knowledge of SAP ArchiveLink, SAP ILM, or SAP DMS is highly valuable.\nExperience with SAP enhancements, custom development (BADI, user exits), and system integration.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and business stakeholders.\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.\nPreferred Skills (Nice to Have):\nExperience in SAP S/4HANA pre-sales or implementations.\nBackground in enterprise content management (OpenText, SharePoint, etc.).\nFamiliarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 or web-based UI integrations.\nKnowledge of cloud storage and archiving platforms.\nPrevious experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Pre-Sales Consultant role.\nWhy Join Us?\nWork on a high-impact product with enterprise-level clients around the world.\nBe part of a collaborative, agile team where your voice and expertise not only matter but can make a huge impact on a growing company.\nFlexible work environment - remote and hybrid options available.\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\nOpportunity to grow with a scaling company and shape the future of our business.\nLocation:\nThis is a hybrid role\nTravel will be required to client sites or to conferences and tradeshows\nType:Full-time permanent\nPerks:\nCompetitive salary\nAnnual bonus program\nHome Internet Program\nTo Apply:\nPlease submit your Cover Letter and Resume\nVersaFile's core purpose is to deliver solutions for clients that make a difference.
