The Business Services Support team is the primary operations and systems support for golf course partners. The position is based at headquarters in Orlando, FL.\nJob Duties\nPartner Services is on the front line of our business, so you will provide top-tier service to all our platform’s course partners.\nYou will be responsible for taking inbound phone calls and emails from course partners throughout the United States and Canada. Our team provides inventory and marketing support to help ensure our partners are represented properly on GolfNow.com and on their own booking engine.\nThis team environment relies heavily on communication and collaboration. We work together to help ensure excellent service is delivered to each of our course partners.\nWe pride ourselves on our team’s speed, accuracy, resourcefulness, and team culture.\nOur team constantly interacts with several other sales, support, and development teams to enhance processes and come up with new innovative solutions.\nManage all internal request queues (Inventory Updates, Marketing requests, Promo Codes, Project Cases, etc.).\nRespond to inbound correspondence, both through email and by phone, from course partners related to the operations and administration of GolfNow on and as needed basis.\nParticipate in outbound sales initiatives, lead generation and projects as they arise.\nBecome an expert in use of GolfNow Central, GolfNow’s management software that powers the tee time inventory and information provided on GolfNow.com.\nConsistently hit metrics defined by cases closed, accuracy, client surveys, leads generated and inbound/outbound calls.\nConduct weekly Quality Assurance for other team members.\n Basic Qualifications\nDetail-oriented self-starter with outstanding interpersonal skills both verbal and written\nAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously\nStrong time management skills\nStrong communication skills\nStrong teamwork skills\nStrong computer/internet skills required (i.e. Excel, Google Docs)\nDesired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree preferred\nFamiliarity with SalesForce.com desired\nKnowledge of golf preferred, with previous experience in golf and technology products strongly desired\nAdvanced problem-solving and analytical skills a plus\nBusiness acumen or sales experience\nAdditional Job Requirements\nWillingness to work overtime, and on weekends, sometimes with short notice.\n Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week (Monday - Thursday).\nMust be willing to work in Orlando, FL office.\n As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with a VERSANT Media employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
