We never lose sight of safety, quality, integrity and innovation.\nWe are committed to our dedicated people, who inspire us every day to deliver something more powerful than power alone.\nPOSITION OVERVIEW:\nThe IT Analyst III (ADMS / OT Systems Integration) supports, integrates, maintains, and improves Versant Power’s Advanced Distribution Management System and connected Operational Technology systems.\nThis position works across application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers to maintain reliable system operation and data exchange. The role collaborates with OT, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Operations, and vendors throughout the system lifecycle, including configuration, testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.\nThis is an individual-contributor role without personnel management responsibilities.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\nAdminister, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot ADMS and related operational applications.\nSupport integrations between ADMS and connected systems, including OMS, GIS, SCADA, and other utility platforms.\nMonitor and troubleshoot interfaces, APIs, data exchanges, system dependencies, and infrastructure components.\nAnalyze complex issues across application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers using structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.\nDevelop and execute functional, integration, regression, and operational test plans.\nCoordinate application changes, patches, upgrades, and deployments across development, test, user acceptance, and production environments.\nValidate system functionality, data integrity, and upstream and downstream impacts following system changes.\nCoordinate technical work with internal teams, operational stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.\nSupport Windows Server, Linux, database, Kubernetes, and containerized components associated with ADMS and related applications.\nMaintain system diagrams, data flows, configurations, procedures, test results, change records, and troubleshooting documentation.\nSupport cybersecurity controls, vulnerability remediation, access reviews, change management, and applicable NERC CIP requirements.\nParticipate in on-call support, incident response, disaster recovery, storm restoration, and emergency operations.\nIdentify opportunities to improve system reliability, monitoring, integration methods, support processes, and operational efficiency.\nShare technical knowledge and provide training to team members and system users.\nREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered.\nFive or more years of experience in application support, systems integration, systems administration, operational technology, or a related technical field.\nExperience supporting complex, integrated, or mission-critical applications.\nExperience troubleshooting across application, data, integration, and infrastructure layers.\nExperience supporting system implementations, upgrades, integrations, or other significant technical changes.\nREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:\nStrong knowledge of system architecture, application support, integrations, testing, and production operations.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills.\nWorking knowledge of databases, queries, APIs, interfaces, logs, monitoring tools, and data-integration concepts.\nAbility to translate operational requirements into technical tasks and testable outcomes.\nAbility to assess dependencies and impacts across connected systems.\nStrong technical documentation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.\nAbility to manage multiple incidents, assignments, and project activities in a mission-critical environment.\nValid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:\nExperience supporting ADMS, OMS, SCADA, GIS, EMS, or other electric utility systems.\nUnderstanding of electric distribution operations, outage management, switching, dispatch, or grid-model processes.\nExperience with Windows Server, Linux, SQL, scripting, automation, Kubernetes, or containerized applications.\nExperience supporting NERC CIP or other critical-infrastructure requirements.\nExperience working with application vendors and managed service providers.\nWORKING SCHEDULE:\nThe normal work schedule is Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be required for system maintenance, project implementations, critical incidents, emergency response, and storm restoration.
