We partner closely with Product and Engineering from concept\nthrough ship, and care as much about craft as we do about shipping fast and learning from real usage.\nWe’re looking for a mid-level Product Designer to lead scoped, end-to-end design work for key mobile app\nfeature areas. You’ll take ambiguous problems, turn them into clear user flows and polished UI, and partner\nwith cross-functional teams to ship features that real people rely on every day. This role is a strong fit for\nsomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, lean product environment-someone who brings structure to\nambiguity, moves quickly without sacrificing craft, and takes real ownership of their product area.\nPrimary Functions\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential\nfunctions.\nOwn the end-to-end design process for mobile features - from problem framing and user flows to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff\nDesign and maintain detailed user flows and prototypes in Figma that clearly communicate logic, edge cases, and states to engineering\nPartner with Product Managers and Engineers from early discovery through launch, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals\nContribute to and help evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across iOS and Android\nUse qualitative and quantitative data (user research, analytics, usability testing) to validate design decisions and iterate post-launch\nPresent design rationale clearly to stakeholders, including leadership, and incorporate feedback without losing sight of the user problem\nCollaborate with other designers on critique, systems thinking, and shared UX patterns across the broader product\nDesign accessible mobile experiences, applying platform accessibility standards across interaction, visual hierarchy, typography, color, and touch targets.\nPartner with engineers through implementation and QA to ensure shipped experiences match intended behavior, quality, and edge-case handling.\n Required Education, Experience & Skills\n3+ years of product design experience shipping consumer or professional mobile applications for iOS and/or Android\nA portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership of shipped product work, including problem\nframing, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and iteration informed by user feedback or product data\nProficiency in Figma, including building and maintaining detailed user flows, component libraries, and interactive prototypes\nSolid understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines (Human Interface Guidelines / Material\nDesign) and how they diverge\nDemonstrated ability to work in ambiguity and move quickly in a fast-paced environment - you're comfortable defining the problem, not just solving one that's handed to you\nExperience working directly with engineers through implementation and QA, not just handoff\nClear communicator who can articulate design decisions to both design and non-design audiences\nPreferred Education, Experience & Skills\nExperience designing connected hardware/software experiences, including Bluetooth/BLE pairing, device onboarding, setup, calibration, live-session, or device-status flows\nExperience contributing to, auditing, or scaling a component library or design system\nExperience writing or collaborating closely on UX copy/microcopy\nExperience planning or supporting user interviews, usability tests, and synthesis of findings into\nproduct decisions\nComfortable incorporating AI tools into your design workflow (e.g., Figma AI, AI-assisted prototyping) to move faster without cutting corners\nInterest or background in sports, fitness, or performance-tracking products\nPortfolio Requirements\nPlease include a portfolio with 2-3 case studies that demonstrate your direct contribution to shipped mobile\nproduct work.
