You will focus on improving business outcomes such as purchasing compliance, process efficiency, invoice automation, spend visibility, inventory accuracy, financial controls, and user experience.\nDrive Product Outcomes\nOwn, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog for supply chain, procurement, and related finance capabilities.\nDefine the customer and business problems to solve, desired outcomes, and success measures-not only the features to deliver.\nTranslate business objectives into prioritized epics, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and incremental release plans.\nBalance customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, risk, compliance needs, and delivery timelines.\nBreak large initiatives into smaller releases that enable continuous delivery, learning, and measurable improvement.\nDefine and monitor key performance indicators for adoption, process efficiency, procurement compliance, spend visibility, inventory accuracy, and user satisfaction.\nLead Discovery and Process Design\nLead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with procurement, supply chain, finance, warehouse, sales, customer service, and IT stakeholders.\nUnderstand current-state workflows, pain points, and control requirements needs across procure-to-pay and connected order-to-cash processes.\nFacilitate future-state process design, identify gaps and dependencies, document decisions, and build alignment on scope and priorities.\nUse stakeholder feedback, operational data, and system insights to validate assumptions before significant investment.\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflows through SAP capabilities, process simplification, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.\nMaintain a strong understanding of core procurement, inventory, finance, and cross-functional business processes.\nEnable Strong Delivery\nPartner with SAP functional consultants, engineers, QA, integration teams, data teams, and business process owners to refine solutions and remove ambiguity.\nDefine requirements for integrations among SAP S/4HANA MM, SD, FI/CO, warehouse operations, tax, payment, logistics, customer, supplier, and third-party systems.\nValidate end-to-end business and accounting impacts across requisition-to-payment, inventory, sales-order-to-billing, and financial reporting processes.\nParticipate in and lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and other Agile delivery ceremonies.\nPrioritize defects, enhancements, and change requests based on business impact, urgency, risk, compliance, and roadmap value.\nSupport implementation activities including master-data readiness, data migration, testing, cutover planning, release readiness, hypercare, and post-launch stabilization.\nCoordinate business testing by defining test scenarios, test data, acceptance criteria, and success measures for end-to-end processes.\nSupport system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, defect triage, and business sign-off.\nBuild Alignment and Trust\nAct as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.\nCommunicate product strategy, roadmap priorities, progress, trade-offs, risks, and dependencies clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nMaintain organized product documentation, business-process materials, requirements, decisions, and release information in Confluence.\nUse Jira and Slack effectively to manage backlog transparency, delivery workflow, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.\nSupport change management through training materials, process documentation, release communications, stakeholder demonstrations, and adoption feedback.\nBuild trusted relationships across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Technology, and external implementation partners.\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent experience.\n3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, SAP functional delivery professional, or similar role in a technology-driven organization.\nExperience owning and prioritizing a product backlog in an Agile delivery environment.\nExperience delivering SAP S/4HANA procure-to-pay, materials management, inventory, finance integration, or related enterprise capabilities.\nStrong knowledge of procurement processes, including requisitioning, purchasing, approvals, receiving, inventory, invoice verification, supplier management, and payment workflows.\nWorking knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MM and FI/CO integration concepts;
