This role requires strong expertise in finance and business processes, with the ability to translate complex operational needs into scalable technology solutions.\nIn this role, you will work across a PMO supporting both technical (engineering) and functional (product) teams, partnering closely with key partners across Finance, and broader back-office functions including HR, Payroll, Procurement, Legal and Privacy, as well as Executive Leadership, and external vendors to drive successful delivery of complex initiatives.\nYou will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and executed with a high degree of accountability and transparency.\nThis role requires a high degree of ownership and comfort operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.\nLead ERP Transformation Delivery\nLead end-to-end finance systems transformation initiatives, including assessment, planning, and execution\n\nSupport evaluation and selection of future-state ERP and financial systems\n\nPartner with Finance stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs\n\nDefine and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies\n\nBreak down large initiatives into manageable phases to support steady delivery\n\nDrive Execution Across the Lifecycle\nManage delivery of ERP initiatives including data migration, testing, and cutover\n\nPlan and execute cutover activities, including readiness tracking, coordination, and risk mitigation\n\nSupport post-go-live stabilization by tracking issues, prioritizing resolution, and ensuring focus on the highest-impact items\n\nMonitor risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive resolution across internal teams and external partners\n\nMaintain clear documentation and tracking across project management and collaboration tools\n\nPartner Across Technical and Business Teams\nWork across engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment and progress\n\nTranslate product requirements into actionable delivery plans\n\nCommunicate trade-offs, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders\n\nBuild strong working relationships to support collaboration and execution\n\nManage Vendors and Resources\nCoordinate with system integrators, vendors, and contract resources\n\nTrack budgets, resource allocation, and vendor deliverables\n\nEnsure accountability across internal teams and external partners for timely and high-quality delivery\n\nImprove Delivery Through Tools and AI\nLeverage AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and overall delivery efficiency\n\nIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual overhead\n\nSupport adoption of tools and practices that improve visibility and execution\n\n 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management\n\nExpert knowledge of Finance systems and business processes (GL, AP/AR, FP&A), with the ability to map and optimize end-to-end workflows across finance and adjacent operational domains\n\nExperience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformations (SAP and Workday preferred)\n\nExperience partnering with or supporting back-office functions such as HR, Payroll, Procurement, Legal, or Privacy in system or process transformation initiatives\n\nDemonstrated ability to drive workflow optimization across Jira by designing automated processes, integrating tools, and continuously improving systems to support scalable delivery\n\nExperience supporting cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live activities\n\nExperience working across both technical and functional teams\n\nExperience managing vendors and system integrators (SI)\n\nStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills\n\nProficiency in using and integrating tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, LucidChart, Slack, Zoom\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nDesired Characteristics\nProactive and able to anticipate next steps and potential risks\n\nComfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments\n\nStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills\n\nAbility to build effective relationships across teams\n\nExperience using AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency\n\nDetail-oriented with a focus on execution and follow-through\n\nExperience leading large-scale transformation initiatives across corporate back-office functions (Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, Legal, Privacy), with strong awareness of cross-functional dependencies\n\nAdditional Information\nLocation: New York City, NY or Englewood Cliffs, NJ -
