Working with Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud, Network, Security, Operations, Application, and Portfolio Management, this role drives schedules, tracks dependencies, facilitates cross-functional delivery, and manages risks, decisions, and actions. The role supports cloud and on-premises infrastructure, compute, storage, networking, identity and access, observability, automation, resilience, and modernization, with a focus on operational readiness, service reliability, and timely delivery.\nResponsibilities\nProject Planning & Execution\nManage the execution of platform infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and launch.\n\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.\n\nCoordinate work across Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud, Network, Security, Operations, Application, Corporate Technology, and external technology partners.\n\nFacilitate project meetings, working sessions, readiness reviews, and status checkpoints.\n\nTrack progress against committed timelines and ensure project owners are aligned on deliverables and next steps.\n\nEscalate schedule, scope, resource, service reliability, or technical risks when appropriate.\n\nEnsure project decisions, requirements, and delivery commitments are clearly documented.\n\nPlatform Infrastructure Delivery\nSupport projects across cloud and on-premises infrastructure, compute, storage, networking, identity and access, observability, automation, and shared platform services.\n\nCoordinate technical delivery activities across infrastructure domain, application, security, and operations teams.\n\nSupport launch planning for new infrastructure capabilities, migrations, upgrades, lifecycle refreshes, and major releases.\n\nCoordinate operational readiness activities, including testing, deployment and cutover planning, support coverage, monitoring, documentation, and handoffs to operations teams.\n\nSupport readiness planning for business-critical launches, peak events, disaster recovery exercises, and continuity initiatives.\n\nHelp ensure changes are aligned with established release, change management, security, compliance, and production support processes.\n\nCross-Functional Coordination\nServe as a central project coordination point between infrastructure teams and business stakeholders.\n\nPartner with infrastructure engineering leads and technology service owners to translate requirements and priorities into executable project plans.\n\nCoordinate dependencies between Platform Infrastructure and adjacent teams such as Cloud, Security, Enterprise Applications, Data, Workplace Technology, Network Operations, and Digital Operations.\n\nWork with external vendors and technology partners to track deliverables, dependencies, and issue resolution.\n\nFacilitate timely decisions by ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into project status, risks, technical constraints, and open questions.\n\nPortfolio Management Partnership & Reporting\nPartner with the Portfolio Management team to ensure infrastructure project schedules, status, milestones, and risks are accurately reflected in portfolio planning and reporting.\n\nProvide project-level updates and delivery forecasts for portfolio and leadership reviews.\n\nSupport intake and planning activities by providing project scope, sequencing, capacity, dependency, and delivery information.\n\nMaintain accurate project information across Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar tools.\n\nPrepare concise status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates.\n\nRisk, Issue & Dependency Management\nProactively identify and track project risks, issues, dependencies, resource constraints, and service impacts.\n\nDrive follow-up and resolution of open actions across participating teams.\n\nMaintain risk, issue, and decision logs and ensure appropriate escalation.\n\nCoordinate mitigation and contingency plans for critical milestones, maintenance windows, cutovers, and launches.\n\nSupport retrospectives and post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities for process, reliability, and execution improvements.\n\nQualifications\nBasic Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n4+ years of experience in technical project management, project management, delivery management, or a related role.\n\nExperience managing technology projects involving multiple infrastructure, engineering, security, operations, application, and business teams.\n\nStrong experience building and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.\n\nExperience coordinating cloud infrastructure, network, data center, workplace technology, or enterprise platform delivery.\n\nWorking knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.\n\nStrong organizational and follow-through skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Airtable, or comparable project management tools.\n\n Preferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, networks, data centers, site reliability, or platform operations.\n\nFamiliarity with infrastructure technologies and practices such as compute, storage, networking, identity and access management, observability, automation, backup, and disaster recovery.\n\nExperience supporting production launches, platform migrations, data center or cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, or cutover readiness.\n\nExperience working with Portfolio Management, PMO, or centralized planning functions.\n\nFamiliarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern infrastructure practices such as infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and site reliability engineering.\n\nExperience in media, entertainment, sports, news, streaming, or digital publishing environments.\n\nPMP, Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe, cloud, or infrastructure certification preferred.\n\nDesired Characteristics\nHighly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution.\n\nComfortable working with infrastructure engineering teams and understanding technical architectures, service dependencies, and operational constraints.\n\nAble to drive accountability and follow-through without direct authority.\n\nStrong judgment around prioritization, escalation,
