Advise on revenue impact of complex contracts and contract modifications in a subject matter expert capacity.\nPartner with Data Analytics to align billing and revenue data with forecasts, ARR/MRR metrics, and cash flow projections.\nEstablish and monitor KPIs around billing accuracy, DSO, and cash conversion efficiency.\nSystems, Automation & Process Improvement\nBuild and maintain systems and processes that support SaaS business models, including subscriptions, renewals, and usage-based pricing.\nEnsure high-quality data flow between CRM (Salesforce), billing platforms (e.g. Payfac, ISO), and ERP (e.g., NetSuite).\nLead system integrations and automation initiatives to improve scalability and data integrity and transparency, coming up with creative solutions and continuously challenging status quo.\nEvaluate and implement financial technology tools to streamline financial reporting and operations.\nDesign and document robust internal controls and workflows across financial operations.\nTeam Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration\nLead and mentor a high-performing team.\nPartner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and RevOps to support growth and product portfolio expansion, optimize contracting flow, invoicing accuracy, and collections efficiency.\nServe as a key liaison between Finance and other operational departments.\nStrategic Impact\nDrive operational readiness for scaling (e.g., new products, pricing models, international expansion).\nProvide strategic insights into cash management, working capital, and operational efficiency.\nSupport audit readiness and compliance initiatives.\nWhat You Bring To The Team:\n\nRequired\n8-12 years of progressive experience in revenue and accounting operations including leadership roles in a SaaS or technology company.\nCPA, or equivalent financial management qualification.\nDeep understandingof SaaS business models, including subscription billing, ARR/MRR, usage billing and deferred revenue.\nHands-on experience with ERP and billing systems (e.g. NetSuite Suitebilling, Payfac and ISO).\nExperience in Payment processing industry\nStrong data analysis skills and experience with large data sets.
