You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with product-minded engineers and product managers who share a bias for action and a deep sense of mission to help people heal at home.\nWhat You'll Achieve: A Glimpse into Your Contributions\nWithin your first year, you will have the opportunity to:\nOwn the end-to-end design of high-priority product areas, from early discovery and workflow mapping through high-fidelity design and shipped product.\n\nDesign intricate, logic-heavy interfaces (like our clinical order flows) that turn dense, multi-step workflows into beautiful experiences users describe as effortless.\n\nRaise the craft bar across the product: sweat the details of typography, spacing, motion, and interaction states, and set the standard for what \"done\" looks like.\n\nBuild and evolve our design system so quality scales with the team rather than depending on heroics.\n\nPrototype quickly and at high fidelity to pressure-test ideas face to face with real users.\n\nDevelop deep empathy for clinicians, coordinators, and patients through direct research, and translate what you learn into opinionated design decisions.\n\nPartner closely with engineers through implementation, ensuring what ships matches what was designed.\n\nWhat You'll Bring: The Skills and Experience You'll Leverage\nWe believe that diverse experiences and backgrounds lead to better solutions. If you believe you can achieve the outcomes above, we encourage you to apply.\nCore Skills & Experience:\n3 - 7 years of product design experience shipping complex, workflow-heavy software in production, ideally B2B, healthcare, or other specialized professional tools.\n\nAn online portfolio with visually compelling projects/projects that use visuals to guide users through a premium experience\n\nStorytelling skills that get people excited about aesthetics\n\nHigh bar for visual design and interaction\n\nMastery of Figma, including components, variables, and high-fidelity prototyping.\n\nStrong product thinking: you understand the \"why\" behind what you design and can push back with reasoning.\n\nComfort working directly with engineers and product managers in a fast, high-ownership environment with ambiguity.\n\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nPreferred: experience with design systems at scale, user research, and front-end fundamentals (AI, HTML/CSS, or React familiarity).\n\nThe Rewards & Reality: Compensation, Benefits & Logistics\nWe believe in taking care of our team, both professionally and personally.
