We're looking for a Microsoft M365 & Copilot Specialist o help enterprise customers maximise the value of their Microsoft investments while driving adoption of Microsoft's latest AI-powered solutions.\nWorking within our Cloud Access team, you'll partner with customers, Microsoft, Sales and Customer Success teams to drive renewals, adoption, retention and growth across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365 and Frontline Worker solutions.\nWhat you'll do\nEngage with customers to understand business priorities and translate them into Microsoft 365 solution recommendations.\n\nProvide licensing, technical and adoption guidance across Microsoft 365, Modern Work and Security workloads.\n\nPartner with Customer Success Managers and Account Teams to support customer retention, growth and long-term success.\n\nDeliver solution demonstrations, workshops and technical consultations that showcase Microsoft capabilities and business value.\n\nIdentify opportunities to optimise customer environments through improved licensing, adoption and platform utilisation.\n\nAct as a subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 products, licensing models and solution positioning.\n\nCollaborate with Microsoft and partner ecosystems to deliver best-practice recommendations and customer outcomes.\n\nSupport renewal and commercial discussions through licensing expertise and technical consultation.\n\nWhat you'll bring\nExperience in Customer Success, Account Management, Licensing or Technology Sales.\n\nKnowledge of Microsoft licensing, Modern Work and AI solutions.\n\nStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nA customer-first mindset with a passion for technology and AI.\n\nCuriosity, initiative and a drive to deliver outcomes.\n\nLife at Versent\nWe're a diverse team of motivated humans who think outside the box and strive to deliver what others might consider impossible.
