Tell us about your strengths and apply as a Business Analyst - Group Reporting Developments (m/f/d) \n\nWhat to expect:\n\nSupport and enhance Group‑wide closing and reporting processes, focusing on capability building, data quality, analytics, and efficient closing \n\nAct as a central coordination and escalation point for Group companies within the financial data integration process \n\nAnalyze and resolve complex IFRS 17 topics (methodology, data quality, system logic, reporting requirements) \n\nSupport the stable operation and continuous improvement of the reporting landscape, including the central data integration and subledger solutions as an enabler \n\nDrive process optimization and operational excellence, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and functional enhancements \n\nYou are in Group Finance and work closely together with actuaries, accountants, IT, and transformation initiatives to ensure consistent and high‑quality reporting \n\nServe as a key contact person for data quality in Group Finance \n\nWhat we expect:\n\nCompleted degree or equivalent education in Finance, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable field \n\nProfessional experience in the financial services or insurance sector; solid knowledge of IFRS 17 is a strong advantage \n\nExperience or strong interest in modern finance and data platforms; capabilities in SAP, SQL, Microsoft Office, or Power BI are an advantage \n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international, multi‑stakeholder environment \n\nHigh level of reliability, ownership, and responsibility, with the ability to perform under time pressure \n\nStructured, independent working style combined with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset \n\nVery good written and spoken English; German is an advantage, but not a prerequisite \n\nYour core competencies:\n\nAction Oriented: We take action and learn from our mistakes \n\nEnsures Accountability: We empower each other to take responsibility \n\nCollaborates: We collaborate beyond conventional boundaries \n\nFinding effective solutions: You aim for simple feasible solutions.
