Invest in us and we’ll invest in you.\n Role Overview\nBe part of Version 1’s Managed Services team as an Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant with a focus on Oracle Integration Cloud and Reporting technologies. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel in Oracle’s reporting technologies like OIC, BIP, OTBI and customer support, ensuring our enterprise clients receive actionable data and seamless reporting operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) including app-driven, scheduled, and file-based integrations.\nBuild integrations with REST and SOAP services connecting Oracle Fusion Cloud and other platforms.\nTroubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide day-to-day support for live integrations.\nImplement error handling, retry mechanisms, and monitor OIC flows for performance and reliability.\nCollaborate with functional teams and clients to analyze integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.\nDesign, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Analytics Cloud tools.\nBuild custom and ad hoc reports for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM) modules, based on customer requirements.\nSupport and troubleshoot issues in reporting solutions for live business environments and provide end-user support for report-related queries.\nPartner with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nOptimize report performance, manage data extract processes, and ensure data integrity through testing and validation.\nCreate and maintain documentation for developed reports, data models, and workflows.\nParticipate in Oracle Cloud quarterly release impact assessments relating to reports and analytics.\n Required Qualifications\n\n4-6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud technologies and reporting technologies like BI Publisher, OTBI etc\nExperience developing data extracts using BICC, FBDI, HDL, and other Oracle Cloud data interfaces.\nStrong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and building analytical reports or dashboards for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules.\nFamiliarity with the Oracle Cloud data model, subject areas, and reporting security configurations.\nPreferred Skills\n\nExperience supporting managed services environments and handling user support tickets for reporting.\nExposure to Oracle SaaS/ERP data integrations and migration strategies.\nKnowledge of security best practices for reporting and sensitive data outputs.\nITIL process knowledge is a plus.\nCommunication & Teamwork\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients and cross-functional teams.\nAbility to prioritize multiple reporting requests and manage deliverables under tight deadlines.\nStrong problem-solving mindset and willingness to document and share knowledge with colleagues.\n\nKnowledge of Oracle Fusion modules, interface tables, and data mapping logic.\nProven troubleshooting ability and a methodical approach to report optimization and validation.\nFamiliarity with version control (Git/GitHub), CI/CD processes, and technical design documentation.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.\n Why Version 1?\nAt Version 1, we believe in providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that prioritises their wellbeing, professional growth, and financial stability.\nShare in our success with our Quarterly Performance-Related Profit Share Scheme, where employees collectively benefit from a share of our company's profits\nStrong Career Progression & mentorship coaching through our Strength in Balance & Leadership schemes with a dedicated quarterly Pathways Career Development programme\nFlexible/remote working, Version 1 is tremendously understanding of life events and people’s individual circumstances and offer flexibility to help achieve a healthy work life balance\nFinancial Wellbeing initiatives including; Pension, Private Healthcare Cover, Life Assurance, Financial advice and an Employee Discount scheme\nEmployee Wellbeing schemes including Gym Discounts, Bike to Work, Fitness classes, Mindfulness Workshops, Employee Assistance Programme and much more.
