This is an opportunity for you to move beyond configuration and support work, taking ownership of business analysis, process redesign and solution definition that will directly influence how a complex organisation operates.\nWorking alongside business leaders, technical architects and programme stakeholders, you'll help translate current-state processes into robust Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement solutions while identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and improve the user experience.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a trusted Oracle Functional Consultant, you will:\nLead workshops with business and technical stakeholders to understand existing processes and requirements.\nAnalyse current Financials and Procurement operations and map future-state solutions within Oracle EBS 12.2.\nDrive process mapping, process redesign and business transformation initiatives.\nConduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for efficiency and automation.\nDevelop functional solutions that address operational challenges and business pain points.\nProduce ERP landscape and process documentation.\nSupport the full implementation lifecycle, including design, testing, training and deployment.\nProvide functional guidance during go-live and post-implementation support.\nAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping them understand the capabilities and limitations of Oracle EBS.\n What We're Looking For\nWe're interested in professionals who bring a combination of strong Oracle expertise and consulting credibility.\nEssential Experience\nYou will have:\nOracle EBS Financials expertise covering:General Ledger (GL)\nAccounts Payable (AP)\nAccounts Receivable (AR)\nCash Management (CM)\nFixed Assets (FA)\nTax\nSubledger Accounting (SLA)\nExpenses\nAdvanced Collections\n\nStrong Oracle Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience including:Procurement\nPurchasing\nSelf-Service Procurement (SSP)\nInventory\n\nExperience facilitating workshops and engaging senior business stakeholders.\nStrong requirements gathering, business analysis and process mapping skills.\nMinimum 7 years' Oracle consulting experience.\nAt least two Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades or migration programmes delivered successfully.\nExperience supporting testing, training and business change activities.\nDesirable Experience\nOracle certifications.\nPRINCE2, PMP or relevant project delivery certifications.\nChartered Accountant qualification.\nExperience with OBIEE and BI Publisher.\nLocal Government or Central Government experience.\nExperience working within complex transformation programmes.\nWhy Join This Programme?\nThis is more than a traditional Oracle support or enhancement role.
