delivering meaningful change?\nWe're looking for a talented Oracle EBS P2P Functional Consultant to join a major ERP transformation programme, helping to redesign and optimise procurement operations challenges, we'd love to hear from you.\nThe Opportunity\nAs a key member of the ERP programme team, you'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand current procurement processes and design future-state Oracle EBS solutions that improve efficiency, control and user adoption.\nYou'll facilitate workshops, challenge existing ways of working, identify opportunities for improvement and help shape a modern, streamlined Procure-to-Pay landscape.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nYou will:\nLead workshops with business users and stakeholders to understand current procurement and supply chain processes.\nAnalyse existing Procure-to-Pay workflows and map requirements to Oracle EBS 12.2 functionality.\nDrive process mapping, process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives.\nConduct gap analysis and identify opportunities to enhance procurement performance and user experience.\nDevelop functional solutions across Oracle Procurement and P2P modules.\nCreate and maintain process documentation, solution designs and ERP landscape artefacts.\nSupport solution testing, user acceptance testing and defect resolution activities.\nDeliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.\nProvide functional expertise during deployment, go-live and post-implementation support.\nAdvise stakeholders on best practice, solution options, risks and dependencies.\n What We're Looking For\nEssential Experience\nYou will have:\nStrong Oracle EBS Procure-to-Pay functional consulting experience.\nExpertise across Oracle Purchasing, Procurement, Self-Service Procurement (iProcurement), Inventory and wider P2P processes.\nProven experience delivering Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades or transformation programmes.\nStrong workshop facilitation, business analysis and requirements gathering skills.\nExperience producing process maps, solution designs and gap analysis documentation.\nAbility to engage confidently with business stakeholders at all levels.\nExperience supporting testing, training and business change activities.\nAt least 7 years' Oracle consulting experience.\nMinimum of two Oracle EBS implementation, upgrade or migration projects.\nDesirable Experience\nYou will have:\nUnderstanding of Oracle Financials modules and their integration with P2P processes.\nExperience using BI Publisher and OBIEE reporting solutions.\nOracle certifications.\nPRINCE2, PMP or similar project delivery certifications.\nPrevious experience within Local Government, Central Government or the wider Public Sector.\nExperience
