and continuous learning.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nYou will:\nLeading workshops and advising clients on Oracle Fusion Help Desk best practices.\nDesigning and configuring Help Desk functionality including case management, routing, queues, SLAs, escalations and knowledge management.\nEnsuring Help Desk solutions align with wider Oracle HCM and Core HR processes.\nWorking closely with integration and technical teams to support seamless end-to-end processes.\nDemonstrating solutions to stakeholders and driving requirements through to implementation.\nSupporting testing, defect resolution, deployment and transition into support.\nBuilding trusted client relationships and providing functional leadership throughout delivery.\n What We're Looking For\nYou will have:\nIn-depth hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Help Desk.\nProven expertise across design, configuration, testing and deployment.\nDeep understanding of service requests, assignment rules, SLAs, escalations, queues and agent functionality.\nExperience delivering Oracle HCM projects through the full project lifecycle.\nStrong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.\nUnderstanding of Core HR and the wider Oracle HCM ecosystem.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.\nDesirable Experience\nOracle Fusion Core HR and wider HCM modules.\nOracle Integration Cloud (OIC).\nHR shared services or employee service delivery environments.\nUK public sector programmes.\nOracle Cloud HCM
