You will combine hands-on technical capability with leadership responsibility, shaping solutions, guiding development teams and interfacing directly with customers to ensure high-quality outcomes.\nThis role is not purely architectural or managerial. You are expected to remain close to the technical detail, actively contributing to complex solution design, integration architecture and troubleshooting, while setting the standard for engineering quality across the team.\nGiven the pace of change across the Microsoft ecosystem, you will also play a critical role in continuously evolving how solutions are designed and delivered. This includes staying current with Microsoft’s platform evolution, including Copilot, Power Platform enhancements and the shift towards AI-driven and agentic business solutions.
