Invest in us and we’ll invest in you!.\n The Programme Manager is responsible for the successful planning, governance, delivery, and business outcomes of large-scale ERP transformation programmes and integrated SaaS platforms, including solutions such as Oracle ERP Cloud, ADP, Concur, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications. The role provides strategic leadership across multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering programmes on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.\nThe Programme Manager works closely with executive sponsors, business stakeholders, implementation partners, technical teams, testing teams, change management functions, and third-party vendors to drive transformational change, manage programme risks, and achieve sustainable business value.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale ERP and enterprise transformation programmes across multiple workstreams and geographies.\nDefine programme vision, objectives, scope, governance structures, and measurable business outcomes.\nEstablish and maintain integrated programme plans, ensuring alignment across business, technology, data, testing, and change management teams.\nProvide leadership and direction to programme teams, project managers, solution architects, and delivery partners.\nManage executive stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for programme governance and strategic decision-making.\nDrive programme governance, steering committee reporting, status management, and executive communications.\nOversee programme budgets, forecasts, commercial performance, and financial controls to ensure successful delivery within approved funding.\nProactively manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests across all programme workstreams.\nCoordinate implementation and deployment activities, including cutover planning, business readiness, and go-live governance.\nEnsure effective collaboration between business teams, system integrators, vendors, and internal technology functions.\nDrive quality assurance, testing oversight, and operational readiness to ensure successful programme outcomes.\nSupport organisational change management, user adoption, training, and business transition activities.\nPromote continuous improvement, delivery excellence, and adherence to programme management standards and methodologies.\nSupport business development, programme mobilization, and pre-sales activities where required.\n Required Qualifications & Experience\n12-15 years of progressive experience in Programme Management, ERP Transformation Delivery, Portfolio Management, or Enterprise Change Programmes within complex enterprise environments.\nProven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programmes involving any leading ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.\nStrong experience delivering integrated business transformation initiatives involving cloud and SaaS applications such as ADP, Concur, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms.\nDemonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar programmes with multiple workstreams, suppliers, and stakeholders.\nDeep understanding of programme governance, strategic planning, risk management, financial management, and organisational change.\nExperience overseeing programme lifecycle activities including planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.\nStrong knowledge of delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, and enterprise transformation frameworks.\nProven ability to influence and engage senior executives, steering committees, and cross-functional leadership teams.\nExceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.\nExperience working within multi-vendor and global delivery environments.\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).\nProfessional certifications such as PMP, MSP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile, or ITIL are highly desirable.\n Why Version 1?\nAt Version 1, we believe in providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that prioritises their wellbeing, professional growth, and financial stability.\nShare in our success with our Quarterly Performance-Related Profit Share Scheme, where employees collectively benefit from a share of our company's profits \nStrong Career Progression & mentorship coaching through our Strength in Balance & Leadership schemes with a dedicated quarterly Pathways Career Development programme \nFlexible/remote working, Version 1 is tremendously understanding of life events and people’s individual circumstances and offer flexibility to help achieve a healthy work life balance \nFinancial Wellbeing initiatives including; Pension, Private Healthcare Cover, Life Assurance, Financial advice and an Employee Discount scheme \nEmployee Wellbeing schemes including Gym Discounts, Bike to Work, Fitness classes, Mindfulness Workshops, Employee Assistance Programme and much more.
