Invest in us and we’ll invest in you!\n As a Senior CRM Developer at Version 1, you will contribute to the design, development and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for large-scale enterprise and public sector organisations. Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and customers, you will help deliver CRM solutions that support business processes, regulatory requirements and data-driven decision making.\nYou will use your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, .NET, SQL Server and related technologies to build, customise and integrate CRM solutions while supporting the ongoing evolution of business-critical systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM (v9.2 On-Premise or similar) solutions.\nConfigure, customise and extend Dynamics CRM using supported APIs, JavaScript and/or TypeScript.\nDesign and develop CRM plugins, workflows and integrations with enterprise systems.\nDevelop and maintain C# .NET applications, Web APIs and supporting components that integrate with CRM.\nWork with SQL Server databases, including database design, stored procedures, functions and T-SQL development.\nDevelop and maintain CRM data models, security models and solution configurations.\nSupport data migration, data integration and system enhancement activities.\nCollaborate with Business Analysts, Architects and project stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nParticipate in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, estimation, reviews and retrospectives.\nContribute to unit testing, integration testing and quality assurance activities.\nTroubleshoot application, performance and integration issues and implement appropriate resolutions.\nSupport CRM release management processes across multiple environments.\nEnsure solutions align with CRM best practices, security requirements and organisational standards.\nMaintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing activities across the delivery team.\n Essential\nExperience designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 9.2 On-Premise (or similar versions).\nUnderstanding of CRM architecture and integration with supporting technologies including Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange, SSRS and API-based backend systems.\nUnderstanding of CRM release management processes, including environments using multiple CRM solutions.\nExperience with client-side customisation using supported CRM APIs, JavaScript and/or TypeScript.\nKnowledge of FetchXML.\nUnderstanding of CRM Plugin architecture.\nExperience with CRM data modelling and CRM security models.\nExperience designing and implementing C# Web APIs and integrating them with Dynamics CRM.\nExperience interacting with CRM through the CRM SDK.\nAwareness of CRM performance considerations and platform best practices.\nUnderstanding of unit testing and integration testing approaches relevant to Dynamics CRM.\nExperience with .NET development.\nSQL Server experience, including database design, stored procedures, functions and T-SQL query development.\nExperience working within Agile delivery teams.\nDesirable\nExperience delivering financial or regulatory data collection systems using Dynamics CRM, .NET and SQL Server.\nExperience working within regulated environments.\nExperience supporting enterprise CRM implementations with multiple integrations.\nRelevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications or related professional qualifications.\n At Version 1, we believe in providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that prioritises their wellbeing, professional growth, and financial stability.\nShare in our success with our Quarterly Performance-Related Profit Share Scheme, where employees collectively benefit from a share of our company's profits \nStrong Career Progression & mentorship coaching through our Strength in Balance & Leadership schemes with a dedicated quarterly Pathways Career Development programme \nFlexible/remote working, Version 1 is tremendously understanding of life events and people’s individual circumstances and offer flexibility to help achieve a healthy work life balance \nFinancial Wellbeing initiatives including;
