Invest in us and we’ll invest in you!.\n Key Responsibilities:\nEmbed a product-centric, agile delivery culture, enabling our teams to effectively and efficiently deliver products that drive forward our mission. \nFacilitate communication, coordination, and alignment across teams and stakeholders. \nDesign and embed Agile delivery.\nMaintain a focus on learning and continuous improvement. \nCreate an inclusive and effective team delivering innovative, high-value products. \nOptimise team culture, performance, and health, supporting individuals and teams to operate at their peak and finding innovative ways to improve ways-of-working.\nEstablish and mature delivery management processes, including roadmap and release coordination. \nManage resource planning and allocation, identifying and mitigating risks. \nSupport product and technology leads in managing demand and delivery. \nDrive continuous improvement and cross-team collaboration. \nDrive Agile or Hybrid projects forward on time, to budget and best quality.\nStakeholder engagement and management.\nWeekly overview and delivery assurance meeting.\nStandard Delivery Manager duties including project scope, detailed project work-plan, RAID analysis, governance, documentation and risk management.\n Skills & Experience:\nRelevant tertiary qualification in technology, business, humanities, or engineering. \nDemonstrable experience in Agile Delivery or Programme Management (preferred). \nYou have a breadth of experience in agile frameworks and methods and have applied these in multiple stages of the project lifecycle in service or software delivery. You can apply and adapt these pragmatically and innovatively to meet the needs of a team and client. experience working with a range of agile frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban and lean methodologies, and tools such as Jira, Trello. \nYou can build and maintain strong relationships.\n You have experience mediating and mending relationships, and managing expectations of clients and stakeholders. \nYou can adjust your delivery management approach, including agile techniques and leadership approach to suit different client context and team needs. \nStrong, stakeholder engagement, team enablement and coaching skills. \nLeadership. You role-model positive and supportive servant leadership behaviours. You know how to adjust your leadership approach to meet the needs of a diverse team and create the right environment to keep team members motivated and empowered. You champion ways-of-working and a positive team culture. \nExperience working with globally dispersed teams. \nCommunication - You have strong listening, and verbal and written communication skills, which you can leverage to build relationships and facilitate effectively, asking the right questions to ensure meetings remain focused. You have experience communicating sensitive messages and navigating difficult conversations, steering these towards positive outcomes.
