This is a high-impact role for a seasoned Oracle reporting professional who thrives on solving complex reporting challenges, engaging with customers, and driving continuous improvement across enterprise Oracle Cloud landscapes.\nAs a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will lead the design, support, optimisation, and strategic evolution of reporting and analytics solutions across Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, Procurement, and SCM. You will work directly with customers to ensure reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, secure, and aligned to business objectives while delivering excellence within a managed services environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nOracle Fusion Reporting & Analytics\nProvide expert Level 3 functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics solutions. \nDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain reporting solutions using: \nOracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) \nOracle BI Publisher (BIP) \nDevelop scalable, secure, and high-performing reporting solutions that support critical business processes. \nLead the design and execution of reporting strategies to ensure: \nData accuracy and reconciliation \nPerformance optimisation \nBusiness alignment and value realisation \nSecurity and compliance \nSupport reporting requirements across: \nOracle ERP \nProcurement \nSupply Chain Management (SCM) \nCustomer Engagement & Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary reporting SME and trusted advisor for Managed Services customers. \nBuild strong relationships with customer stakeholders and business users. \nProactively manage expectations through regular communication, status reporting, and planning activities. \nProvide strategic guidance on reporting roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives. \nIdentify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve analytics capabilities. \nManaged Services Delivery\nManage reporting-related incidents, problems, service requests, and changes in accordance with ITIL best practices. \nSupport month-end, quarter-end, year-end, statutory, and regulatory reporting cycles. \nMaintain comprehensive documentation including: \nReport specifications \nTest plans \nData definitions \nSecurity models \nGovernance documentation \nSupport customer transitions into Managed Services following Oracle Fusion implementations or vendor exits. \nTechnical Team Leadership & People Management\nLead and mentor a team of Oracle Fusion Reporting Consultants across multiple customer accounts. \nProvide technical leadership and direction for reporting and analytics delivery. \nSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of reporting consultants. \nConduct technical reviews and ensure solutions adhere to quality and governance standards. \nManage workload planning, resource allocation, utilisation, and prioritisation across the reporting team. \nFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning. \nAct as an escalation point for complex technical issues and customer situations. \nDrive continuous improvement initiatives, knowledge-sharing activities, and service innovation across the practice. \nCollaborate with service delivery, project, and technical leadership teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. \n Essential Experience & Skills\nOracle Fusion Reporting Expertise\n10+ years of Oracle Reporting experience. \n5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Reporting and Analytics experience. \nExtensive experience supporting Oracle Fusion reporting solutions within production and Managed Services environments. \nAdvanced expertise in: \nOracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) \nOracle BI Publisher (BIP) \nStrong understanding of Oracle Fusion business processes across: \nFinance (ERP) \nProcurement \nSCM \nDeep knowledge of Oracle Fusion data models, table structures, subject areas, and data dictionaries. \nAdvanced SQL and PL/SQL skills. \nStrong understanding of data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting architecture. \nExperience designing scalable, supportable, and high-performance reporting solutions. \nAbility to translate business requirements into reusable technical solutions. \nDesirable Skills\nExperience with: \nBusiness Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) \nOracle Integration Cloud (OIC) \nOracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) \nOBIEE / OBIA \nSmart View \nUnderstanding of Oracle Fusion security roles and data access controls. \nExposure to statutory, financial, payroll, and regulatory reporting requirements. \nOracle Fusion Reporting, HCM, Analytics, or Cloud certifications. \nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise or public sector Oracle Cloud customers. \nInterest in emerging analytics technologies,
