Interacts at a basic level with customers, providing a high level of customer service to resolve customer concerns about sample acceptability and results. evaluation and processing, as needed.\nPerform on-call, weekend, and holiday work, as scheduled.\nPerform reagent preparation, as scheduled.\nOperate, troubleshoot, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on equipment.\nSupport customer inquiries via phone, email, and lab information system (LIS).\nSupport the maintenance of reagent and supply inventory.\nMaintain sample integrity and
