In this role, you will design, implement, and operate secure, scalable, and highly available cloud-native platforms that support multiple engineering teams.\nYou will help manage the full lifecycle of containerized applications-from image build and deployment through observability, performance validation, and reliability improvements-while contributing to a resilient, well-governed platform environment.\nWhy This Role Matters\nHelp ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of critical platforms\nInfluence how infrastructure is built and operated as the organization grows\nWork across teams to enable faster, safer software delivery\nImprove systems, processes, and tooling-not just maintain them\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, deploy, and manage production Kubernetes clusters, including workload scheduling, resource quotas, network policies, ingress/egress controls, and RBAC\nDevelop and maintain deployment patterns using Helm, Kustomize, and Kubernetes operators\nBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure as Code and GitOps principles\nProvision and manage infrastructure using tools such as Terraform or similar automation platforms\nBuild secure container images and manage image versioning and promotion across environments\nImplement observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or similar technologies\nConduct load testing, resilience validation, performance tuning, and capacity planning\nPerform Linux administration, troubleshooting, and system hardening\nSupport stateful workloads including PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and Kafka\nParticipate in incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement initiatives\nDocument architecture, operational procedures, backup and recovery processes, and infrastructure lifecycle plans\nWhat We're Looking For\n2-5+ years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles\nHands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines\nExperience working with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform\nStrong containerization knowledge and security best practices\nSolid Linux administration and troubleshooting skills\nProficiency in Python or a similar scripting language\nUnderstanding of networking, Kubernetes security, and deployment strategies\nExperience with load testing and performance analysis\nAbility to work effectively across technical teams in a collaborative environment\nAdditional Information\nCandidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States\nVisa sponsorship is not available for this position\nSalary range: $85,000 -
