Make sure it is reliable, maintainable, secure, and consistent with the team’s engineering standards.\n\nTake part in architecture discussions, technical design, and code reviews. Help define reusable patterns and practical team practices for working with AI.\n\nWork closely with engineering, product, delivery, and customer-facing teams. Understand not only what needs to be built, but also why it matters for the business.\n\nStay flexible with the stack. We mean confident, fluent use — these tools are already a routine part of how you build and ship, not something you’ve only tried a few times.\n\nDemonstrable experience with several of: prompt engineering for development workflows, multi-step agentic development, AI-assisted debugging and refactoring, AI-assisted test generation, and rapid prototyping with AI.\n\nThe judgment to use AI responsibly — understanding the limitations, risks, and governance considerations of AI-generated code.\n\nA genuine readiness to learn and work in the front-end (any modern framework) when the work calls for it.
