remediation\n\nvalidate fixes\n\nImprove internal security processes, tools, and methodologies.\n\nParticipate in secure coding training and knowledge sharing.\n\nRequirements\nRequired Technical and Professional Expertise\n3+ years of hands-on experience in application security/penetration testing.\n\nStrong practical experience in:\nWeb application security testing (OWASP WSTG, ASWS, or equivalent)\n\nAPI security (auth flows, business logic, abuse cases)\n\nMobile Application Security (OWASP MAS)\n\nSolid understanding of common security weaknesses and attack vectors for GCP and Kubernetes\n\nSolid understanding of:\nCommon vulnerability classes and their root causes\n\nClient-server interaction models\n\nNetwork communication protocols\n\nModern web technologies\n\nAuthentication mechanisms\n\nSecure Software Development Lifecycle\n\nFoundational Knowledge of AI Security\nUnderstanding of the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications (e.g., Prompt Injection, Sensitive Data Disclosure, Insecure Output Handling)\n\nProficiency in using LLMs and AI-powered tools to accelerate vulnerability analysis, deobfuscate code, and automate the creation of custom security tools or exploit scripts\n\nPrompt Engineering: Ability to craft and refine complex prompts for deep-dive code analysis (SAST) and generating context-aware test cases for business logic flaws\n\nHands-on experience with tools such as:\nBurp Suite (advanced usage)\n\nProxies, fuzzers, scanners\n\nSAST / DAST tools\n\nBasic RE tools (Ghidra, jadx, Hopper, dnSpy — at least on a basic level)\n\nAI Productivity Tools: AI-assisted coding environments (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code) to streamline security auditing and remediation workflows\n\nMCP Servers for common pen testing tools\n\nStrong communication skills:\nAbility to explain security issues to engineers\n\nClear and structured reporting in English\n\nAbility to work independently and take ownership.\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience in bug bounty, public vulnerability disclosures or CTF competitions.\n\nDevelopment background (ability to read and understand production code).\n\nExperience with desktop application testing (Windows).\n\nExperience with hardware, firmware testing, and BLE protocol.\n\nExperience in Threat modeling and Architecture reviews\n\nFamiliarity with privacy and compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.)\n\nRelevant certifications like CEH, BSCP, eWPT, OSCP,
