standards for Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, observability, security, and operational practices.\n\nDrive adoption of automation, DevOps, GitOps, platform engineering, and other practices that improve engineering productivity and delivery reliability.\n\nEstablish and evolve infrastructure and platform roadmaps in collaboration with engineering and product leadership.\n\nIdentify opportunities for infrastructure modernization, standardization, automation, performance improvement, and cloud cost optimization.\n\nProvide technical guidance on cloud networking, IAM, security, secrets management, monitoring, logging, observability, and resilience.\n\nDefine and improve high-availability, disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and resilience practices.\n\nConduct technical and infrastructure reviews and ensure solutions comply with established engineering standards and security requirements.\n\nAct as a senior technical escalation point for complex infrastructure, cloud, deployment, performance, and reliability issues.\n\nMentor Senior DevOps Engineers and other technical specialists, helping teams improve their technical capabilities and engineering practices.\n\nCollaborate with engineering leadership, architects, security, and product teams to align technical strategy with business and delivery culture.\n\nRequirements\nWhat we expect from you:\nExtensive practical experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Architecture, with a proven track record of technical leadership across teams or projects.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with at least two of clouds: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and the ability to make informed technical decisions across multiple cloud platforms.\n\nProven experience designing and operating production-grade cloud and hybrid-cloud environments at scale.\n\nDeep understanding of cloud architecture, distributed systems, microservices, networking, databases, containers, IAM, security, observability, and managed services.\n\nStrong experience establishing and evolving DevOps engineering standards, practices, and reusable solutions across multiple teams or projects.\n\nDeep understanding of Infrastructure as Code and extensive Terraform experience, including reusable modules, standards, and governance.\n\nStrong Kubernetes and container experience, ideally including EKS, AKS, or GKE.\n\nStrong understanding of cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, security, IAM, secrets management, encryption, and DevSecOps.\n\nExtensive experience designing and improving CI/CD architectures using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild/CodeDeploy, or similar tools.\n\nExperience with capacity planning, resource forecasting, cloud cost optimization, performance, and reliability engineering.\n\nExperience designing high-availability, disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and resilience strategies.\n\nStrong Linux/UNIX and Windows knowledge, including practical troubleshooting experience.\n\nStrong scripting/programming skills in Bash, Python, PowerShell, Go, or similar languages.\n\nStrong Git knowledge and understanding of modern software development and delivery practices.\n\nAbility to evaluate technologies and technical approaches, identify long-term implications, and make pragmatic recommendations.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with experience resolving complex cross-team technical issues.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nProven mentoring and coaching skills, with the ability to raise the technical capabilities of engineering teams.\n\nAbility to balance technical excellence with business priorities, delivery constraints, operational requirements, and cost.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in spoken English is mandatory.\n\nWill be a plus:\nExperience defining or leading DevOps/platform strategy across multiple projects or an organization.\n\nExperience establishing internal developer platforms, golden paths, reusable infrastructure components, or engineering enablement programs.\n\nExperience with Platform Engineering, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code governance.\n\nExperience with enterprise cloud landing zones and governance frameworks such as AWS Control Tower/Organizations, Azure Landing Zones/Management Groups, and GCP Organization/Folder/Project structures.\n\nExperience with FinOps, cloud cost modeling, and optimization programs.\n\nExperience with cloud migration and modernization initiatives.\n\nExperience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux.\n\nExperience with service mesh technologies such as Istio.\n\nExperience with policy-as-code tools such as OPA, Kyverno, or Sentinel.\n\nExperience with observability platforms and OpenTelemetry.\n\nExperience defining engineering standards, reference architectures, technical roadmaps, and technology strategies.\n\nExperience leading technical communities, guilds, or Centers of Excellence.\n\nRelevant AWS, Azure, and/or GCP professional-level certifications.\n\nExperience conducting technical interviews and mentoring Senior/Lead
