with prior experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer leading sub-teams.\n\nExpert knowledge of C# and ASP.NET Core.\n\nStrong knowledge of relational databases like MS SQL and/or PostgreSQL.\n\nProven track record in diagnosing, preventing, and solving complex performance and optimization issues.\n\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms.\n\nPractical experience setting up and working with CI/CD pipelines.\n\nKnowledge of containerization using Docker, orchestration, and management of containerized solutions.\n\nStrong understanding of modern architectural patterns, including microservices, event-driven architecture, and message brokers.\n\nStrong front-end web development expertise with modern UI frameworks (such as React or Angular).\n\nHands-on experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit) and establishing automated quality gates.\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills, with a proven ability to present technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong experience with Agile development methodologies and leading an Agile delivery team.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for clear, assertive communication in a remote and asynchronous environment.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).\n\nHands-on experience with observability and logging tools.\n\nExperience conducting technical interviews and mentoring junior to mid-level engineers.\n\nBackground in line management.\n\nExperience migrating from legacy .NET Framework 4.8 to modern
