of experience in commercial projects\n\nUpper-Intermediate English level and strong communication skills to discuss technical solutions, trade-offs, and risks directly with clients\n\nExcellent understanding of advanced Python and JavaScript (TypeScript) concepts, and strong experience building REST services with FastAPI, DRF, or Flask\n\nStrong commercial experience with React or Vue\n\nDeep knowledge of Relational Databases: query optimization, indexing, isolation levels and locking, and fixing ORM performance anti-patterns\n\nExperience setting up CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)\n\nHands-on experience with AWS, including serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS) and container-based workloads (ECS/EKS), as well as RDS, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM\n\nExperience designing and evolving system architecture, from monoliths to microservices, with a clear understanding of their trade-offs, service boundaries, integration patterns (REST, event-driven, message brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or AWS SQS/SNS), data consistency, and observability\n\nExperience building high-performance applications: identifying and eliminating bottlenecks across API, database, and caching layers, and applying asynchronous processing and advanced caching\n\nDefining testing strategy at the project level (unit / integration / e2e), keeping tests reliable and maintainable\n\nAbility to decompose requirements, estimate effort, and identify dependencies and risks affecting scope, timeline, and resources\n\nExperience mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and introducing engineering practices on the project level, including team guidelines for AI-assisted development (AI coding tools, reviewing AI-generated code, safe AI usage in client projects)\n\nExperience with LLM API integration, RAG, MCP, and agentic workflows\n\nWill be a plus:\nUnderstanding of business models and product roadmaps, and participation in strategic technical discussions\n\nExperience with Kubernetes and IaC tools (AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation)\n\nExperience with AI services on AWS (Amazon Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, SageMaker)\n\nExperience with other cloud platforms (GCP or Azure)\n\nExperience with frontend architecture: micro-frontends or modular frontend systems, and
