Design: Own the end-to-end technical architecture for enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, high availability, resilience, and security.\n\nTechnical Governance: Define coding standards, architectural blueprints, and best practices across teams; conduct critical design reviews and security assessments.\n\nCloud & Modernization: Lead cloud adoption strategies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices/containerization initiatives (Docker, Kubernetes) to modernize application ecosystems.\n\nOptimization & Performance: Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex diagnostic issues, high-load optimizations, and critical security vulnerability resolutions.\n\nTechnical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor Tech Leads, fostering an engineering culture focused on quality, testing, and continuous improvement.\n\nStakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with executive stakeholders, product managers, and clients to translate complex business needs into technical roadmaps and least 3+ years in a Principal, Lead, or Solutions Architect capacity.\n\nDeep mastery of C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+, and asynchronous architecture patterns.\n\nDeep expertise designing scalable RESTful API ecosystems, gRPC, and message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus).\n\nMastery of enterprise relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) as well as NoSQL engines, data modeling, and query optimization.\n\nStrong understanding of modern web architectures, performance principles, and web frameworks (Angular, React, Vue).\n\nHands-on experience designing cloud-native applications on MS Azure, AWS, or GCP, including serverless architectures and container orchestrations.\n\nDemonstrated track record in cloud cost optimization, enterprise security standards, and compliance frameworks.\n\nStrong background in Agile delivery, CI/CD pipeline design, and infrastructure-as-code practices.\n\nProven experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and modern software design principles.\n\nExceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with proven ability to present technical strategies to both technical teams and client executives.\n\nHands-on experience in client-facing roles, including architecture estimation, solution discovery, and technical pre-sales support.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA).\n\nBackground in legacy application modernization.\n\nFormal certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).\n\nExperience with Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and high-availability multi-region strategies.\n\nActive involvement in technical hiring, competency development, and building high-performing engineering
