Ensure projects are on track to meet goals and deadlines.\nProcess Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve program management processes. Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.\nTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers and other team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.\nJob Requirements/Qualifications: \nAt least 6 years of experience in Utilities industry - specifically the retail energy sector\nAt least 3 full lifecycle CIS or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) required\n6 years of experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of managing complex programs in a utility technical or SaaS environment.\nProven success managing complex projects or programs in SaaS or tech environments.\nSkills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
