culture.\n\nRequirements\nWhat we're looking for:Deep expertise in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Dagger/Hilt, Koin, and Coroutines.\n\nAt least 5-6 years of commercial experience building and maintaining complex Android applications.\n\nStrong understanding of version control systems (Git), including branching strategies for multi-developer projects.\n\nStrong command of OOP, SOLID, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.\n\nProven experience with MVVM and the ability to evaluate and propose architectural approaches.\n\nSolid experience integrating and designing around REST APIs.\n\nExperience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to speed up development, debugging, or code review.\n\nExperience with app performance optimization, debugging complex issues, and code review.\n\nAbility to write clean, readable code, review others' work critically, and set technical direction across a codebase.\n\nExperience mentoring junior/middle developers or leading technical initiatives.\n\nEagerness to learn, flexible thinking, and genuine curiosity about technology.\n\nEnglish skills at the upper-intermediate or higher level.\n\nWill be a plus:Experience with cross-platform solutions (React Native, Flutter, Kotlin
