Reporting into the Operational Buyer Team Lead you'll work closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure the right parts and materials are available at the right time, cost, and quality.\nExpect to manage day-to-day purchase orders, solve problems quickly, and play a key role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRaise and manage purchase orders based on demand signals\n\nTrack and maintain order book accuracy to ensure on-time delivery\n\nProactively expedite, reschedule, or adjust orders to respond to changing needs\n\nResolve issues related to delivery, quantity, or invoice mismatches\n\nAct as the main point of contact for a set of operational suppliers\n\nMonitor supplier performance and follow up on late deliveries\n\nSupport onboarding and compliance checks for new suppliers\n\nKeep purchasing data accurate and up to date in our ERP system\n\nWork closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to resolve supply issues\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExperience using ERP systems to manage purchasing (Infor experience is a plus)\n\nGood understanding of supply chain or manufacturing environments\n\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills\n\nComfortable working with data and maintaining accurate records\n\nA responsive, can-do approach to shifting priorities and tight timelines\n\nClear and confident communicator with both internal teams and suppliers\n\nA problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure\n\nPrior experience in a purchasing or operational role\n\nBackground in business, supply chain, or engineering is helpful but not essential\n\nWhat can you expect from us?\nWe're on a mission.
