In this role, you’ll help manage day-to-day accounts payable activities, learn financial systems, and collaborate across teams to keep our operations running smoothly.\nJob Functions\nReview and enter vendor invoices accurately using our internal systems\nHelp process payments to vendors and landlords in a timely manner\nAssist with setting up new vendors and maintaining accurate records\nCommunicate with vendors to answer questions and resolve simple issues\nPartner with internal teams to fix discrepancies or update account details\nSupport audit preparation and process improvement projects as needed\nSupervisory Requirements:\nNone\nWorking Conditions and Physical Demands: \nThis role is onsite in our brand new Downtown Delray Beach office.
